In all the world there is only one being so feared and loathed. People avoid speaking his name, lest they attract his attention, but the whispers of the damned cannot be silenced. He is a god. He is a devil. He is Hades, lord of the Underworld.
Sitting on a throne of ebony in a palace of bone on the river Acheron, he reigns over the land of the dead. A solitary and lonely figure, he is forever doomed to reside within the bowels of the earth, never to see the light of day. Cursed to remain in his infernal prison, Hades must send his minions forth into the world above to accomplish his bidding.
For reasons unknown, Hades has enlisted in the Brotherhood as the sixth guardian of the Book of Shadows. The other guardians are wary of his intentions, but Hades and his minions have proven to be a powerful ally. Though his motives remain unclear, Hades is a valued member of Shadow13 and the other guardians have learned to trust him, albeit hesitantly.
Everybody will eventually meet Hades, some sooner than others, but you will know your time has come when you feel the icy breath of death upon your neck. Then, and only then, you will know the true meaning of Hell.
